At Gymathlete, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable, but we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Below is our comprehensive refund policy to guide you through the process.


Refund Process

If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Return: Use our returns portal to register your return. You’ll need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

2. Ship Your Items: Once your return is registered, you will receive a QR code or return label (depending on your location) with detailed instructions. Use this to ship the item(s) back to us securely.

3. Processing Time: Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on your location. After inspection, refunds are processed automatically, minus the cost of the return label.

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is initiated. From this point, it generally takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For orders paid via Klarna, your refund will adjust your Klarna invoice accordingly. Check the Klarna app for updates.


Returns Policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.

No Stains or Odors: Items must be free of stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant) and odors, such as cigarette smoke.

No Damage or Alterations: Items must be undamaged and unaltered.

Hygiene-Restricted Items: Certain products, such as underwear, unsealed socks, water bottles, or accessories without tags, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


Return Fees

Return fees are deducted from your refund amount. These fees vary by region:

Sweden: SEK 69

Norway: NOK 79

Denmark: DKK 59

Rest of EU: EUR 8

United States: USD 15

United Kingdom: GBP 15

Australia: AUD 15

Please note that we do not offer free returns, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for items purchased within the EU, limited to changes in size or color for the same product.

1. Initiate Exchange: Use the returns portal to request an exchange.

2. Ship the Original Items: Follow the instructions to return the items using the provided label.

3. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and approve your return, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.


Returns for Non-EU Customers

Non-EU customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. In many cases, you will need to include commercial invoices with your return. This applies to customers in the following countries:

• United Kingdom

• United States

• Switzerland

• Australia

• Singapore

Follow the instructions provided in your return confirmation email to ensure proper processing.

For Norway, commercial invoices are not required.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team will assist with the return process and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.


Important Notes

• Refunds will only be processed for items that meet all return conditions.

• We cannot accept combined returns from multiple orders.

• Customers with unusual return patterns may have their accounts reviewed or restricted.

• Refer to our size guide before purchasing to minimize returns due to sizing issues.
