At Gymathlete, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. That’s why we cover all duties and import fees (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP) in most regions — so your order arrives without unexpected costs.

• EU orders
  All orders within the European Union are shipped DDP — no customs or additional fees will ever be charged.
  
• Norway & United Kingdom
  Orders are also shipped DDP. You won’t face extra customs charges or admin fees.
  
• United States & Australia
  Orders below 800 USD (US) and 900 AUD (AU) are shipped DDP. For higher order values, duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery in line with local regulations.
  
• Other international destinations
  For countries outside the EU, UK, Norway, US, and Australia, orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means local duties, taxes, and clearance fees may be charged by your courier before delivery. For example, in Switzerland, UPS typically charges an import administration fee of ~21 CHF + 3% of the parcel’s value.
  

We are continuously working on expanding our DDP offering to more countries to make ordering from Gymathlete as seamless as possible.

All Gymathlete orders are fulfilled from our logistics hub in Sweden, together with our trusted 3PL partner.

• Processing time
  Orders placed before 11:45 CET on weekdays are usually prepared the same day. While our team always strives for speed, these are estimates, not guarantees
  
• Pick-up & dispatch
  Once packed, orders are organized by carrier (UPS, DB Schenker, etc.). Each courier collects shipments once daily in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
  
• On the way to you
  After pick-up, your parcel is transported to the nearest sorting terminal where it is first scanned and then forwarded through the courier’s network. From there, it continues in transit until it reaches your delivery point.

2. Our 3PL prepares and packs your items on weekdays (first in, first out)
   
3. Parcels are organized per courier inside the warehouse
   
4. Courier arrives once per day to collect the shipments
   
5. Packages are scanned at the courier’s terminal
   
6. Your order is in transit
   
7. Final delivery at your chosen service point or to your door
