RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Gymathlete, we hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return or exchange, the process is straightforward and user-friendly. Below, you will find all the details you need to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.
Returns Policy
You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• The products must not have been used or worn.
• The products must not have been washed.
• Items must not have any stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant, or perfume) or smell of cigarettes or other odors.
• Products must be free from damage or alterations.
• Certain items, such as underwear, water bottles, unsealed socks, or accessories without tags, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To ensure your items are returned without damage, we recommend securely sealing your package before returning it. Please be mindful when trying on items at home; fragile items are your responsibility and must be returned in their original condition. Failure to comply with this policy may result in your return being denied at our discretion.
Return Fee
The return fee will vary depending on your location:
• Sweden: SEK 59
• Norway: NOK 79
• Denmark: DKK 59
• Rest of EU: EUR 10
• United States: USD 15
• United Kingdom: GBP 15
• Australia: AUD 15
The initial shipping fee and return cost will not be refunded, and any additional billing fees are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
1. Visit our returns platform here to initiate your return.
2. Fill in the form with your order details, such as your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
3. Once the return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code or a return label, depending on your location.
4. Pack the item(s) securely, ensuring all conditions are met, and attach the return label (if applicable).
5. Send the package back to us.
Once our warehouse has received and approved your returned items, a refund will be processed for the value of the returned items. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer one (1) free exchange per order for the same model/garment in a different size or color. Exchanges are limited to orders within the EU. To initiate an exchange:
1. Register your exchange request on our returns platform here.
2. Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to complete the process.
3. Ship the original item(s) back to us using the provided return label.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send your replacement item(s) free of charge.
Returns for Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will apply. Please review the applicable return shipping fees for your region.
Returns with Commercial Invoices
Most non-EU returns will require commercial invoices to be included with the return package. This applies to customers in the following countries:
• United Kingdom
• Switzerland
• Australia
• United States
• Singapore
Please register your return through our returns portal. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping label and instructions. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Ensure that the commercial invoices are properly attached to the package as per the instructions provided.
Returns for Norway
For returns from Norway, no commercial invoices are required. Please register your return through the returns portal, and you will receive your shipping label and detailed instructions via email. Again, be sure to check your spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.
Important Notes
• Non-EU customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, which vary by region.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and approved by our warehouse.
• Ensure the package is securely sealed and complies with all stated return conditions to avoid any processing delays.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process, including providing a return label. Defective or incorrect items must be returned unused and in their original condition to qualify for a replacement.
Important Notes
• We cannot accommodate combined returns from multiple orders. Each order must be returned individually.
• Customers exhibiting unusual return patterns may have their accounts reviewed or deactivated to discourage systematic purchasing and returning of items.
