TERMS OF PURCHASE
To purchase Gymathlete’s products, you must be of legal age according to the laws of your country. If you are not of legal age, you must have approval from a parent or guardian.
If you shop from another country, you must meet the age requirements to be considered of legal age in that country. If you are not of legal age there, you must have parental or guardian approval.
We do not permit the use of our products or any unauthorized activities that contravene the laws of your country.
When ordering or purchasing online, a purchase agreement is considered effective once you receive an order confirmation by email from Gymathlete. Order confirmation can take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if there is an issue with your order confirmation, please contact us.
When ordering or purchasing, you may receive offers from us. You can decline these offers using the link provided in the email or text message.
Discount codes cannot be combined, meaning you cannot use two different discounts on the same order. Discount codes are always specific to a particular order or offer.

We are not responsible for third-party links on our site nor for any damage, theft, purchases, or use of services from third-party websites. All products or services provided through this website are sold "as is" with no additional warranties implied.
Using this website and making purchases are done at your own risk. No employee or associate of Gymathlete, including board members, contractors, or suppliers, will be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost savings that may occur. Customers and users must handle products, goods, and services responsibly and are accountable for their personal finances.
Different countries have their own legal frameworks concerning injuries and consequential damages. Gymathlete's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under the jurisdiction of each country.
PRICES
We ask customers to note that VAT rates vary by country. In Sweden, the VAT rate is 25%, which is added to the purchase price. It is each customer's responsibility to be aware of such tax rates. Gymathlete is unable to provide information on the varying VAT rates in different countries.
Gymathlete does not guarantee fixed prices and reserves the right to adjust prices and associated promotional prices at any time.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
For promotions or offers such as "buy two, pay for one," the entire order must be returned to receive a refund.
For other returns, such as those from a campaign order or a product covered by a campaign or offer, the discount will no longer apply. This means that the offer is voided, and you will pay the regular price for any goods you choose to keep.
Any discount codes and promotions apply only to new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
PRODUCTS AND STOCK
Products and goods are sold via the website. The stock balance is updated continuously, but discrepancies may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any inventory errors. We may, when necessary, choose to recall a product at any time.
Please note that color deviations may occur. Such variations can be due to screen settings, such as the use of "night mode," among others. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website will match the actual product colors exactly. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
SHIPPING
Prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which will only be visible when placing an order or at the specified address. As a customer, you are responsible for paying shipping costs.
Gymathlete would like to remind you that we ship goods from the EU. Therefore, please be aware of the tax regulations in your country and any potential customs duties that may apply. Gymathlete does not currently cover any customs duties. For more information about taxes and customs duties, please contact your local customs office.
For orders exceeding SEK 599, shipping is free within the EU. Please note that terms and conditions, as well as shipping policies, may vary between countries.
DELIVERY
At Gymathlete, we always strive to deliver your goods or products as quickly as possible, with the ambition to dispatch your order the same day. However, please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, such as Black Friday and public holidays (e.g., Christmas).
As a customer, you are always responsible for updating and providing the correct address. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or not received because you provided an incorrect address or contact information.
For packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for any associated fees.
RETURN TERMS
We strive to ensure that you are always satisfied with the goods or products you purchase from us. If the product is unused and in new condition*, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your products or goods. The product must be in its original packaging or equivalent. Please note that in the event of a right to return a product, you must return the product to us, and we reserve the right to charge you for any fees that may occur.
Please note that underwear, water bottles, unsealed socks without tags or that is not in their original packaging, or any other accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
We offer free exchanges provided that the exchange refers to the same garment/model that you originally ordered and that you are within the EU’s borders. We do not offer free returns.
Please note that a refund can take up to 14 days, depending on the choice of bank, etc. We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.
Gymathlete always has priority for the final assessment as to whether the product should be considered new, used, or otherwise.
*New condition means, for example, that the product has all its labels intact, has not been hand washed or machine washed, has not been used during training, has no stains from makeup or deodorant, and has not been near animals due to possible allergies.
Please note that the right to return does not apply:
- For gift cards that have been wholly or partially used
- If the product is not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (for example, if the seal/label has been removed).
Finally, we ask you to note that we reserve the right to sold-out stock in the event of a request for a refund or exchange of a product. When changing a product, an assessment is made regarding additional costs in each individual case. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with support for more information.
Is It Possible to Consolidate Returns from Multiple Orders?
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate combined returns. Each return needs to be processed individually, and items from different orders must be returned in separate packages.
Additionally, items from the same order that are registered for return separately should not be sent back in the same package, as this could lead to issues with processing your refund.
To avoid any errors in your refund process, please ensure each return is packaged individually.
If you have already combined items from multiple returns into one package, please contact us immediately. It is also helpful to keep your postage receipts, as we may need them to address your return issues effectively.
DISCOUNT CODES
We occasionally send out discount codes (“Codes”) via email or other marketing channels. You can use these Codes for discounts on new orders at our website. To use a Code, just enter it during checkout and click “apply.”
Promotions and discount codes are only valid for new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
Important Details About Your Codes
Time Limits: Each Code is only valid for the time period specified in the email or marketing material where it was mentioned. You cannot use the Code outside this specified period.
Usage Restrictions: Unless stated otherwise in our communications, Codes are only valid for full-priced items. They can’t be used on sale items, outlet items, promotional items, or to buy gift cards.
One Code Per Order: You can only use one Code per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and are not valid for Gymathlete Sweden AB. staff or employees of its related companies.
Code Restrictions: Codes are specific to the territory or store mentioned, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
Exclusions on Shipping: Codes do not apply to delivery charges.
Refunds on Returned Items: If you return an item purchased with a Code, you will be refunded the amount you paid after the discount was applied. If returning an item means your order falls below the threshold to qualify for the Code, the value of the offer may be deducted from your refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights. Replacement items will not receive a discount.
Stock and Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to stock availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse orders if a Code is used improperly or is involved in fraudulent activities.
Offer Changes: We may withdraw, change, or extend offers at any time, and we’ll give reasonable notice when doing so.
COMPLAINT
If you wish to file a complaint about a product due to a manufacturing defect or because the product is defective, you must do so within a reasonable time frame.
In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service. Prepare your complaint by taking a picture of the defective product and the affected area, and provide the order number, your name, and the product model, etc.
Customer service will initiate an investigation to determine if the product's defect is sufficient to warrant a complaint.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND OTHER ELEMENTS
We reserve the right to use all reviews, comments, or other interactions via social media for marketing purposes on any of our platforms. By submitting a review, comment, or engaging with our products through our platforms, accounts, or third-party platforms, you agree that we may copy, publish, edit, translate, and use your comments at any time without any restrictions.
Reviews, comments, and mentions about our brand on social media are made on your own initiative, and no compensation will be provided unless an agreement has been established between us and you.
USE OF THE SITE THAT IS NOT ACCEPTED
We do not tolerate any abuse of this website. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, the illegal use of our intellectual property rights, inciting or participating in any illegal activities, harassment or any form of violation, discrimination of any kind, linking to third-party sites that distribute malicious code or steal personal data and payment information, and sharing pornographic content, etc.
All use of this website and our trademark must comply with applicable laws and adhere to good industry practices.
FORCE MAJEURE
Gymathlete shall not be held liable for failure to uphold these general conditions or in circumstances beyond the control of the company. Such circumstances may include blockades, strikes, temporary disruptions to telephone or internet/cloud services, revolutions, civil wars, wars, governmental actions, riots, lockouts, natural disasters, or other events.
INCORRECT INFORMATION AND POSSIBLE MISTAKES
Please be aware that our business is operated by people, and mistakes are inevitable, whether they concern pricing or product information. We always strive to correct any errors or inaccuracies urgently so that you, as the customer, can shop with confidence and satisfaction.
We do not guarantee that all information is always entered correctly. We cannot assure flawless or uninterrupted use of the website. Additionally, we do not always guarantee a fast or error-free experience on our website.
TERMINATION AND OBLIGATIONS
When a customer/individual makes a purchase or a supplier enters into an agreement with us or in any way delivers products to us, a party relationship arises. Each party has rights and obligations to follow up in a party relationship.
If we suspect that you will not be able to maintain your obligations to us or in any way may abuse your position against us, we may terminate this agreement with immediate effect. No notice period is given unless otherwise stipulated between the parties.
If you do not pay for our products or services, our obligations to you cease and we have the right to withhold performance against you until you fulfil your obligations. Your liability does not end until you have fulfilled your obligations, regardless of whether the agreement exists or not.
We may also end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:
You fail to provide necessary information: You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, the address for delivery.
You fail to allow product delivery: You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
Our products are intended solely for personal use. If we detect any indication of commercial, business, or resale use, we reserve the right to cancel the order. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

If we are unable to find a solution, we recommend that you file a complaint with the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent review. These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, disregarding any conflict of law provisions. The courts of Stockholm, Sweden, will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from or related to a visit to the Website. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to initiate proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Sale in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
