Best training shorts I’ve owned
These shorts have quickly become my go-to for every workout. The inner layer gives great support and keeps everything in place, while the outer layer looks clean and stylish. Super comfortable whether I’m lifting, running, or stretching – nothing rides up or feels restrictive. The pockets are a big plus too. What I was looking for , thank you

This is "the" shorts
Great balance of stretch and structure. The liner hugs the legs so squats and lunges feel secure, and the outer layer has enough room to move. Breathable, quick-dry fabric and premium finish. I took M for a slightly relaxed look—perfect for the gym and my morning runs.

The "Shorts" "Shorts"?
These are exactly what I wanted in a training short. The inner liner is supportive without feeling tight, no chafing on runs, and the outer short dries fast between sets. Phone stays put in the side pocket and the waistband doesn’t roll.
